What we collect
Information you give us through our forms (name, email, phone number, vehicle details, listing links and messages) and, when you book, payment confirmation details from our payment provider. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
How we use it
To respond to enquiries, arrange and carry out inspections, obtain vehicle history reports, and send your report. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only service providers needed to deliver the service: our website host (Netlify), our payment processor (Revolut), vehicle history providers (such as CARFAX), and, where you authorize it, the seller of the vehicle to arrange access.
How long we keep it
Inspection records are kept for up to six years in case they are needed to support a claim, then deleted. Enquiries that don't lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@mileageblockerdetect.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA.
